界面对短纤维增强金属基复合材料力学行为的影响

INTERFACIAL EFFECTS ON MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR OF SHORT FIBER REINFORCED METAL MATRIX COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 界面是复合材料中一个非常重要的因素, 本文将在实验分析的基础上建立合理的理论分析模型, 借助于轴对称和三维有限元分析方法, 对界面性能的变化对短纤维增强金属基复合材料力学行为的影响作较为系统和深入的研究, 其中包括界面性能对应力传递机制、弹性模量、应力-应变曲线以及断裂机理的影响。研究表明, 界面性能的好坏显著影响基体与纤维间的应力传递, 从而对复合材料的弹性模量、应力-应变行为和断裂机理产生较大的影响, 界面控制是复合材料设计中不可忽视的重要环节。

     

    Abstract: Interface is a very important factor in composite. In this paper, a reasonable theoretical model will be founded on the basis of the experimental analysis. By the axi symmetrical and three dimensional finite element method, the effects of interfacial performance on the mechanical behavior of short fiber reinforced metal matrix composites are studied systematically and deeply. The effects of interfacial characteristics on such aspects as stress transfer, modulus, stress strain curve and fracture mechanism are discussed. As a result, the change of interfacial performance will influence stress transfer, and thus change the modulus, stress strain curve and fracture mechanism of the composite. The interface controlling is a key factor in the design of composites.
