Abstract: The impact force of laminates and sandwich panels in low velocity impact loading has been measured and calculated.The purpose of the study is to compare the impact behavior of laminates and sandwich panels and to determine the effect of protective surface layers on the impact behavior of the laminates and sandwich panels.
